About these terms
These terms apply when you use yozhik (the website, the 3D studio and your account). By creating an account or using the studio, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use yozhik. Questions: zacosadchuk@gmail.com.
yozhik is in preview. Features may change, pause or be removed while we build it, and the studio may occasionally be unavailable.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 to use yozhik. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s permission.
- Give accurate details, keep your sign-in secure, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Plans and payment
- Free: 3 AI creations to try, starter finishes, and PNG exports up to 1K with a small watermark, for personal use.
- Basic: £1.99 a month or £19.90 a year. Pro: £3.99 a month or £39.90 a year. What each plan includes is shown on our pricing page at the time you subscribe.
- Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; you keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for, then move to Free.
- If we change prices, we will tell you at least 30 days before the change affects your next renewal, so you can cancel first.
- “Unlimited” on Pro means unlimited for normal use by you and your teammates. We may limit accounts that are clearly being used to resell renders in bulk or to overload the service.
- Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, including any right to cancel or get a refund under consumer law.
Your logos and creations
- You keep ownership of the logos and files you upload. You confirm you have the right to use them, for example because they are your own brand or you have permission from the owner.
- You give us permission to process your files only to provide yozhik to you (for example to render, save and export them). We don’t use them to train AI models.
- You may use your exports and AI creations as your plan allows: personal use on Free, and personal and commercial use on Basic and Pro.
- AI creations are generated automatically. We can’t guarantee they are unique or that no one else has rights in something similar, so check before using one as a trademark.
Acceptable use
Please don’t use yozhik to:
- upload or create anything illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or that harasses or harms others;
- copy other people’s logos or trademarks without permission, or pretend to be another person or company;
- break, overload, scrape, reverse engineer or get around the limits or security of the service;
- resell or share access to yozhik itself.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
Our part
The yozhik studio, its software, finishes, lighting presets, motion films and brand belong to us. These terms don’t give you any rights in them beyond using yozhik as intended.
Ending your account
You can stop using yozhik and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing zacosadchuk@gmail.com. We may end or suspend your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. If we close yozhik altogether, we will give you reasonable notice so you can export your work.
Liability
We provide yozhik with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, it is provided “as is”, and we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for business losses such as lost profits or opportunities.
Where we are responsible, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights.
Changes and law
If we make important changes to these terms, we will update the date at the top and tell account holders by email before they take effect. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you can also rely on the mandatory consumer protections and courts of where you live.
